about me!
Kiley Gaddis is a playwright and director based in Brooklyn, NY. She is originally from Austin, TX where she earned a BA in Theatre Arts and Writing from St. Edward's University. She was also a part of the Powerhouse Theatre Training Program at Vassar College with a concentration in playwriting in 2023. Through her education, she has been able to conceptualize many new works, executively direct dramatic reading productions, and work with and alongside Equity talent in an AEA house regional theatre.
She most enjoys creating stories that contain topics and themes such as: gender and sexuality, complex family dynamics, puppetry, absurdism, the body, women being funny, and super awkward cringey moments in life.
Since moving, her work has been produced off-off Broadway at theatres such as The Chain, The Tank, and Brooklyn Art Haus. Additional credit to playwriting cohorts in affiliation with Theatre Write Now (2026) and Purple Light Theatre Productions (2024/25).
In her spare time, you can find her reading, journaling, and trying new recipes with a lot of vegetables in them, probably. Please feel free to inquire regarding opinions on the latest season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
